* A slash before the standard number means that
the letter denomination remains the same. INFORMATION PERTINENT TO THE TEST - Purchase order for the work should be delivered with the samples/parts to be tested. - The optimal shape of the test samples is to be discussed with the
person ordering the test. - The customer will be informed
by phone/fax/email about the test results immediately after the test completion. A comprehensive test report containing the information on the test results, test conditions, test
procedure and equipment used, equipment calibration,
standard reference materials used, statistical data on the experiment accuracy,
and other pertinent information will be mailed to the customer in two working days after the test completion. - Samples/parts
tested will be held THIRTY (30) DAYS from the test report date at which time they will be destroyed or returned to the customer who will be responsible for
all shipping, handling and disposal charges. - The samples/parts
will be stored upon written instructions and fee arrangements. -
Effective OCTOBER 01, 2004, the hourly charge is US$80.00.
